Dedication planned for third eagle sculpture in Bismarck20 October 2006
SPANNING THE GLOBE: A sculpture of an eagle with its wings enfolding a six-foot diameter reflecting ball will be dedicated November 3 at 1:30 p.m. at Steamboat Park along River Road. "Reflections" is the third public sculpture for the city of Bismarck designed and constructed by Art-Art Marketing students at United Tribes Technical College. The public art project is a partnership with the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District and the Bismarck-Mandan Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Committee. UTN photo Josie Denise Redday.
