Waylon Oldman selected for NIEA scholarship8 October 2005
The National Indian Education Association (NIEA) has selected Waylon Oldman (Northern Arapahoe Tribe) to receive NIEA's 2005 Associate Degree Scholarship Award. Oldman is a second year Tribal Management student from South Sioux City, Nebraska. He serves as the secretary of the United Tribes Student Senate. The scholarship was made possible with support from WAL-MART.
