Support growing for student scholarships18 August 2005
Grace and Art Link of Bismarck are major donors to the United Tribes Student Scholarship Campaign. Here with Brad Hawk, Director of Major Gifts and Alumni Relations, the former North Dakota Governor and First Lady attended a reception in May to express their support for the campaign and the college. As of late summer, 80 Bismarck-Mandan donors had pledged about one-third of the $1 million dollar goal to be raised locally over five years. A companion effort in the scholarship campaign seeks to raise an additional $4 million from regional and national donors.
