TJES board selected outstanding school board of the year11 August 2005
Members of the Theodore Jamerson Elementary School Board were honored July 20 at a conference in Green Gay, WI. The board was named the Outstanding School Board of the Year by the National Indian School Board Association (NISBA). From left, Glenna Mueller, Warren "Red" Koch, Bernard Strikes Enemy, Joetta McLeod, Wes Long Feather and Minnie Plenty Chief. Glenna Mueller, TJES Reading/Math Center teacher, was selected Teacher of the Year by the NISBA. TJES is a K-8 school located on the campus of United Tribes Technical College.
